Are All Classes NoGi?

10th Planet Tigard is currently a no-gi studio.

We plan to add limited gi and Muay-Thai offerings in the near future.
What Ages Do You Teach?

We have kids classes appropriate for kids as young as 5 years old.

All other classes are specifically designed for teens and adults.
Do I Need to Book in Advance?

Members are welcome to walk into any class.
